Why people would like to trade Forex

As we discussed earlier, the foreign exchange mechanism is a good way is a good way to try currencies for profits.

Forex is the foreign exchange markets also known as the currency markets. Essentially it is my one currency is marked against another currency, and this is the largest trade in the world. Not everybody that uses Forex is looking for a daily trade. Some are just trying to exchange their own foreign-currency, these are governments, huge corporations, and other interested parties.

It is very common to find businesses that operate globally to use the Forex markets, as the exchange rates can drastically alter wage amounts during conversion. For example, a company that’s has its trading business in dollars, and pays people in London in sterling, will find that when the pound is strong it costs more dollars to pay their workers abroad, then when the pound is weak. By careful manipulation, a company could save thousands if not millions of dollars a month by exchanging currency at the right time. This also means that I company can also have an excess is reserved off a foreign-currency, which can be used for trading, or manipulation of exchange rates to their advantage at a later date. An example of this, is that when importing goods and services from a particular country, dumping huge amounts of currency will cause that currency to fall, making payments to that country cost less in your own currency as you return far more currency per unit of your own.

There are many other factors that affect currency rises and falls, and a great many of these may not be realised until all the factors, and various initiatives have been revealed. Factors such as, war, natural disaster, or even a country making a huge seasonal exports etc.

With Forex there is no regulation by the US securities and exchange commission, to regulate margin limits as in stockbrokers, and so it is easier to trade pips with unbound margin limits. This makes it easier for individuals to enter the markets and trade extensively. It also means that’s speculators can make huge profits as well as huge losses, but of course the name of the game is to make huge profits. a normal days trading can result in marginal profits, or even a platform for a good days trading the following day.
